The Creator’s Project published a beautiful article on their performance and featured an interview with Rachel. In “Funny While Female: Four Artists on Gender, Humor, and Performance” they state that usually LITTLE THEATRE  is known for bringing new and unexpected voices to the stage, but this time the strangely distant worlds of art and theater intersected with a live show featuring four female artists who find identity between the lines of art, performance, and comedy.

RACHEL LIBESKIND in NEW YORK TIMES

RACHEL LIBESKIND

We are very happy to see Rachel was interviewed by NEW YORK TIMES!!

“Rachel Libeskind: A Performance Artist Blossoms”

emphasizing her great performance skills and strategies

“There is something to be said for the female ability to push boundaries in what media is and what mediums are. Historically, paintings are a very male thing. I think in some ways, either consciously or unconsciously, I’m responding to that.”

MARIO ASEF in THE BROOKLYN RAIL magazine

MARIO ASEF

just got featured in The Brooklyn Rail magazine

with his exhibition statements (2015) at Manière Noire Galerie in Berlin!!

The “exhibition by Mario Asef entitled Statements (March 7 – July 22) brings into question customarily determined assumptions of art and language—for example, in hand-written signs containing phrases such as “Art is not an option” and “Wir haben kein ziel aber wir haben eine methode” (“We have no goal but we have a method”).” – by Tom McGlynnartist (poet and art critic)
