This are handmade clay bricks produced in Oaxaca during Mauricio Residence at Casa Wabi (one of the coolest artist residencies in the world).
Backed with the clay maestro at the beach, so one side is shiny as the sand.
They are 37 elements that can be displayed differently, but some rules apply.
The work is based on the creation of symbols, which play with fantasies, and therefore cannot be verbalized. They do not build an alphabet, with which words can be constructed, and then sentences, they build a set of units, which are joined and unjoined.
