No cae lluvia de los cielos o, si llueve, lo hace para inundar ciudades enteras. La gente est\u00e1 en huelga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">La naturaleza est\u00e1 protestando. Tambi\u00e9n la gente.<br>El verano europeo del descontento. En algunas partes del mundo el descontento es mayor que un verano. Pero para algunos se trata de d\u00e9cadas de descontento.<br>El descontento produce materiales: Im\u00e1genes. La historia es una construcci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes asentadas en una nueva narrativa. Se trata de confrontar las im\u00e1genes con (en) un nuevo material f\u00edsico (l\u00e1tex, silicona, malla de fibra de vidrio, distintos tipos de PVC, ripstock, fieltro, algod\u00f3n) y despojarlas de contenido hasta la desnudez de la barra extensible para plantear una pregunta. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el valor de la &#8220;red&#8221; hoy en d\u00eda? \u00bfY el canon art\u00edstico masculino singular?<br>Las im\u00e1genes se enfrentan para producir reivindicaciones leg\u00edtimas: \u00bfd\u00f3nde est\u00e1n? \u00bfd\u00f3nde est\u00e1n? Creci\u00f3 en un hospital rural de Colombia con un ej\u00e9rcito de enfermeras, m\u00e9dicos y cocineras, como resultado de una uni\u00f3n sovi\u00e9tico-colombiana de la \u00e9poca de la guerra fr\u00eda.<br>Su trabajo aborda la enfermedad corporal y la discapacidad, con posibilidades ut\u00f3picas y universos alternativos. KB investiga el g\u00e9nero, la migraci\u00f3n, la transculturalidad y el abuso de poder. Su trabajo enreda la ayuda mutua, la acci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y la comunicaci\u00f3n, a menudo con un enfoque h\u00edbrido tipo documental-sci-fi, explorando la utop\u00eda y la distop\u00eda en yuxtaposici\u00f3n con un universo paralelo. Trabajan a trav\u00e9s de: textiles, fotograf\u00eda, v\u00eddeo, instalaci\u00f3n y performance.
